Acceptance
These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at babcockelectricllc.comand the Babcock Electric internal business application (together, the “Services”) operated by Babcock Electric LLC(“Babcock Electric,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the website or using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Authorized use
Some of our software is private and licensed only to Babcock Electric’s authorized employees and staff for internal business use. Access requires credentials we issue. We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that software solely for Babcock Electric’s own business purposes. It is not a public or consumer product.
Third-party services
We rely on reputable third-party providers to run our business — for hosting, data storage, communications, and accounting. Your information may be processed by those providers on our behalf, under their own terms and privacy commitments, and we only access the data we need to operate. Acceptable use

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data synced from third-party systems will always be complete or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Babcock Electric will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the Services.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and post the new version here. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
